Sarah Goodwin

Sarah has over 20 years of medical planning experience. She collects and analyzes data to make population, workload, and staffing projections, and develop functional/space programs that lead clients to actionable economic, operational and facilities healthcare solutions. She communicates and presents planning concepts professionally with healthcare providers as well as hospital management to build consensus and facilitate the decision-making process.

As a project lead, Sarah has managed several detailed special studies including a Traumatic Brain Injury Space Planning Study for the Office of the Surgeon General’s Proponency Office for Rehabilitation and Reintegration, a Behavioral Health Space Planning Criteria Update for the Office of the Surgeon General’s Behavioral Health Proponency, and a Relative Weighted Product (RWP and Relative Value Unit (RVU) Space Conversion Analysis Study for the Army’s Health Facility Planning Agency.
