With a background in clinical leadership, nursing, and financial analysis, Donovan Gow brings to clients a deep understanding of real-life patient care coupled with excellent communication skills and strengths in market analysis, demand forecasting and staffing. As a healthcare consultant, Donovan has successfully led, managed and filled key clinical consulting roles for some of the and VA’s and IHS’s largest and most complex projects, including nursing advisory roles in development of the VA’s CLC National Planning Strategy and lead planner for the VA’s Residential Rehab National Planning Strategy.
Prior to joining The Innova Group, Donovan was a nursing manager for occupational healthcare clinics throughout the Western U.S. with direct experience in staffing, running operations, and exceeding productivity and quality benchmarks. He also has experience in inpatient medical/surgical nursing and home hospice and started his healthcare career at the VA.
Prior to his nursing career, Donovan was VP of Equity Research at various Wall Street firms, providing market analysis and financial forecasts for the software sector. In 2005, he was named the number one analyst in his sector by Forbes. During his time as an analyst, Donovan developed a reputation for strong, long-term market analysis and excellent communication.
Donovan is a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served in the 25th Infantry Division and developed a strong and enduring interest in the healthcare of our veterans.
