Based on their prior experience with The Innova Group, UMC engaged Innova to assure successful delivery of their complicated, messy, and intrusive Emergency Department and Bed Tower Expansion Project. Innova functioned as the “owner’s representative,” providing budget and schedule maintenance through coordination of all active parties, including the design team, city utilities, construction manager, and equipment vendors. UMC relied on The Innova Group to manage and coordinate everything – down to planning and staging the donor unveiling party.
