Gila River Health Care (GRHC) was tasked with opening the new 140,000 square foot South East Ambulatory Care Clinic (SEACC) as part of the larger Health Services Master Plan to redistribute outpatient services from the overburdened Phoenix Indian Medical Center in the fast-growing Phoenix market. The portion of workload projected at the new The Red Tail Hawk Health Center required careful analysis to ensure Gila River was balancing projected patient demand at the new center relative to their existing facility in Sacaton, Arizona.
The Innova Group predicted service distribution opportunities relative to multiple patient population access patterns, allowing GRHC leadership to understand and quantify future resource requirements through an interactive model. Innova refined the preferred opportunity with services and staffing targets by departments for opening day. Innova also provided start-to-finish medical equipment planning, procurement and installation for all medical equipment and furniture needed in the new facility.
