Adventist Health Castle (AH Castle) is a private acute care hospital located just outside of Kailua that serves the population on the windward side of the island, outside of Honolulu. Castle has 160 beds, more than 1,000 employees and is staffed by over 300 physicians. With an ageing infrastructure and the difficulty of building a new facility in costly land locked Hawaii, the hospital secured 132 acres on the former Pacific University Hawaii Loa campus to build new facilities.

The Innova Group is currently working with Adventist Health Castle to define a transition plan to the new campus. Innova’s work involves understanding market volume trends, projecting clinical services, defining programmatic components, and developing the associated pro forma financials. AH Castle will use this information to inform their long-term strategic plan and secure commitment from Adventist Health.
