Santana Huffman

Santana has six years of experience as a healthcare planner with The Innova Group, supporting both Veterans Affairs (VA) and Indian Health Service (IHS) projects. She is skilled in developing data-driven solutions for healthcare systems, hospitals, and medical facilities to optimize service delivery, operational efficiency, and patient care. In addition, she has been integral in the future space programming of several large hospitals, including the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, the Phoenix VA Medical Center, and the Philadelphia VA Medical Center.

Santana earned her Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in 2018 from the University of Arizona with a concentration in Health Services Administration. This prepared her to work with The Innova Group while giving her a strong foundation to effectively communicate with healthcare administrators. She fulfilled several internships during her MPH coursework that allowed her to gain experience in program management, clinical program accreditation, and research in different settings, including both Federally Qualified Health Centers and the private sector. In her work, Santana strives to provide strategic planning and quality improvement services to clients.
