Sailor is an Associate at The Innova Group, specializing in capital and space planning for healthcare facilities. With a Master of Public Health in Health Behavior and Health Promotion from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies from Boise State University, she brings a strong background in health systems, community program planning, and strategic planning.
In her current role, Sailor is part of a dedicated team working to provide healthcare solutions for Indigenous populations through the Indian Health Service (IHS). They contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare facilities that meet the unique needs of these communities. With hands-on experience from AmeriCorps and leadership roles as a student-athlete, Sailor excels in teamwork, communication, and collaboration, ensuring that projects are executed with cultural awareness and a focus on community impact. Her passion for public health helps to drive positive outcomes for the populations served by The Innova Group.
