Marysol Imler, RN has over 15 years of developing and leading quality-focused patient-centered clinical operations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She is well versed in medical planning and her experience includes strategic planning, master planning, and functional and space programming.
Marysol also brings an extensive background in developing performance and process improvement measures, that have improved both patient and business initiatives. Prior to joining The Innova Group, she worked with numerous large Academic Medical Centers, Military Health System, and various other private sector hospital systems in all aspects of medical planning and healthcare delivery focusing on OR, ER and outpatient settings.
Marysol’s clinical and executive leadership coupled with her medical planning experience has enabled her to develop strategic initiatives and translate them into implementable operational processes.
