Lindsay Backhaus brings her passion for problem solving, data analysis, and an eye for detail as an Associate at The Innova Group. She naturally gravitates towards identifying and understanding data-driven answers and their system-level impact. Having participated in one of the largest VA Feasibility Studies to date, Lindsay’s efforts have been vital in supporting service delivery planning, developing visual aids, and providing planning team support.
Prior to joining The Innova Group, Lindsay honed her coding, critical thinking, technical writing, and data analysis skills through various academic pursuits including graduate level projects and a scientific publication. Lindsay’s abilities to integrate previous scientific training into healthcare planning allows her to pull from a diverse skillset in meeting the needs of a client.
