In her tenure with The Innova Group, Janet has been involved in a variety of roles and project types including master planning and functional space programming for market areas and facilities, including both public and private hospital systems. Her 30 years of experience in the emergency and critical care arena, as well as responsibilities as a manager of Employee Health and Risk Management programs, Disaster Planning and HAZMAT training, and participation on committees and councils related to ED, trauma, and critical care provide vital insights that lead to very real and attainable solutions for her clients.
