Jaemie is passionate about data-informed healthcare decision making and enjoys improving analytical processes to increase efficiency and simplicity. She is excited to blend her background in data analytics, GIS, public health, and communications to support Innova and their clients.
Prior to joining The Innova Group, Jaemie worked with a local health department as an epidemiologist and is experienced in transforming healthcare and demographic data into practical tables, graphs, and maps to inform and optimize health response. Jaemie was instrumental in developing programs to address heat exposure in a desert community through key insights in heat-related health outcomes.
