Prior to joining the Innova Group, Haley worked as an epidemiologist with a local health department analyzing and presenting data to inform programs and community partners. She played a key role in developing health metrics for the county and building non-communicable disease and social determinants of health programs.
Haley also has experience working in pharmacy settings counseling patients and conducting quality improvement research to improve patient care. Additionally, she has served on state-wide committees focused on improving maternal and child health.
Haley looks forward to leveraging her skills and work experience to benefit the Innova Group and their clients.
