David Nalepinski, an Associate Principal with The Innova Group, is a healthcare executive with 25 years of experience and expertise related to program development in large tertiary and quaternary academic health systems in both urban and rural service areas. David’s expertise includes strategy development for health system collaborations, specific organizations, and specific clinical programs. Additionally, David harnesses his direct experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and patient experience to ensure strategies can be pragmatically executed.
Prior to joining the Innova Group, David was an Assistant Vice President with the Duke Cancer Institute and was Director of the Oncology Service Line with the Dartmouth Cancer Center. David’s focus on the patient experience, from diagnosis to survivorship, required the development of system strategies that met the needs of patients, care providers, referring providers, and the development of ancillary and support services. Additionally, David led clinical operations and program development for several surgical divisions. He has experience in primary, secondary, tertiary, and quaternary care settings. David enjoys collaborating with all areas involved in healthcare delivery.
