Chris brings 30 years of leadership, partnership building, and critical thinking skills to The Innova Group, and is excited to collaborate with clients to deliver the appropriate healthcare, capital strategy, or capital investment solutions to meet patient and staff needs. He has over 15 years of Army and Department of Defense health facility planning experience spanning multiple aspects of facility lifecycle management to include planning, programming, program management, real property analysis, facility activation, and operations and maintenance.
Prior to joining The Innova Group, Chris was the Army Medical Command’s Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, Facilities (G-9) and the Army’s Health Facility Planning Agency Commander. He is professionally curious and believes in using data and a solid understanding of an organization’s culture and mission requirements in applying the “art and science” of health facility planning.
