Chad brings 20 years of experience in healthcare planning and architecture to The Innova Group. He has worked on master planning efforts and design projects for healthcare systems throughout the U.S. and internationally. Chad has extensive experience in facility and site analysis, space benchmarking, programming, planning, and concept development based on operational efficiencies and clinical flow.
With innate curiosity, Chad enjoys working with front line staff and departmental leadership to explore and understand the fundamental problems affecting facilities and healthcare systems. He has a genuine interest in creating collaborative solutions that reflect the unique local operations as well as best practice. Chad works to generate achievable options that solve specific problems, which may or may not involve a facility response or significant capital investment.
