Breann brings over 6 years of healthcare consulting experience to The Innova Group. Previously, she worked as a lead analyst for cost reporting and reimbursement services, specializing in Disproportionate Share and Worksheet S-10. There she gained experience manipulating data and implementing improvements to quality control processes based on changes from CMS regulations, while also communicating presenting findings to clients.
Breann has a Master of Science in Advanced Data Analytics from the University of North Texas. She has a strong passion for using numbers and metrics to problem solve and find reasoning through data analysis. Breann uses her background and experience in the healthcare financial industry to analyze, forecast, and present effective operational planning solutions for clients. Her recent work includes master planning for Penn Medicine Chester County Hospital and strategic planning for Nemours Children’s Health.
