Bart Thyer has more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He is a former clinician, administrator, and consultant who recently earned a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Bart has been a trusted advisor and even worked for the nation’s top ranked AMC’s, large healthcare systems, community hospitals, and ambulatory networks.
Bart serves to optimize a health system’s assets by leveraging a data-driven approach to strategic facilities master planning. This includes leading efforts in capacity planning, volume projections, operational modeling, capital planning, and program development. His passion for developing a cost-effective solution & delivering organizational buy-in provides health systems with the efficiency to deliver high-quality care.
Prior to joining Innova, Bart was the Director of Business Development at University of Chicago Medicine where he focused on Medical Oncology & Primary Care growth. Additional leadership positions include Associate Director with Eckroth Planning Group where he led Facilities Master Planning efforts, and Emergency Department Project Assistant at Rush University where assisted in operations improvement and ED Practice Management.
